Shipping and returns?

We offer free shipping on most of our products. There is a flat rate added to the minis depending on quantity purchased. If you are purchasing 5 or more of any of the minis, please contact us for a free shipping code to be added to your order.

Being our products are edible, we unfortunately do not offer returns. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already begun working on your order, we will not be able to cancel.

In the rare occasion that your order arrives and there are any issues, please contact us with pictures and we will work with you to make it right!

Packaging

All of our items are shrink wrapped and sealed/packaged to keep your candy fresh!

Allergies

Our candy trays and boxes are all assembled using shared equipment. We do have gluten free candy and can ensure no cross contamination if you contact us when placing your order. Please make us aware of any allergies or concerns or let us know if you have any additional questions on specific ingredients/allergens.

Custom Orders

Have something in mind that you don’t see? Contact us to work through any custom orders! We have done corporate gifting, chocolate letters, candy buffets, and more. Please take a look through our gallery to get some ideas but reach out if there’s something you’re not seeing. We will help you make your ideas come to life!

Lead Time

We guarantee a 7-10 day lead time depending on the size and personalization of your order. If there are any specific candies or favors you are interested in, we may need more time to ensure we have what you need in stock. We often are able to get orders out in less than 7 days but please reach out with any questions on rush shipping requests.

Special Candy Requests

We do our best to include any specific candy you would like. Please put a note in your order with any special requests on candy type to include or exclude.
